Announcement: $10 Warrior Dala July 22, 2007
Aloha from the Royal Hawaiian Mint: Announcing the $10 Warrior Hapalua Dala dated 2007 featuring Kamehameha Warrior is now available. The obverse features Kamehameha as Warrior who united the Hawaiian Islands in May of 1795 with the Battle of Nuuanu and the $10 reverse with the Hawaiian Crest and Crown. The $10 Warrior Dala contains one half ounce of .999 fine silver minted in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and measures 32 mm in diameter with a reeded edge. First Day of Issue for the $10 Warrior Hapalua Dala is available with a hand stamped Hallmark of
the Hawaiian Islands. In fact at less than one tenth of an inch, the hallmark is smaller than the
hallmark on the Kamehameha Dala and it is now the world's smallest map of Hawaii. Unfortunately,
even with a really good loop you not see Ahualoa on the Big Island but it still has exquisite detail
for that size. Minimum order is for two Warrior Dalas. Please send your order for the $10 Warrior Dala
(min 2/max 10) for $10 each and/or the First Day of Issue of the $10 Warrior Dala (limit 2) for
$30each with $5 for shipping and handling to: RHM Fulfillment Office, 225 N. Stockwell Road,
Evansville, Indiana, 47715. Shipment will be made within 30 days, so please allow up to 45 days
to receive your order via insured mail. You can also order by phone and charge your 2007 $10 Warrior Dala order on your bankcard or simply send your card info with your order. To order and charge by phone please call: 888.421.6181. The RHM Fulfillment Office is open from 8:30 to 5:00 CST M-F. Please click HERE for a full schedule of the 18 different issues issued over 18 months. A new Hawaii Dala will be issued every month. The complete Collection will consist of the six mega RHM designs in three sizes: one ounce $20 Hawaii Dala, half ounce $10 Hapalua Dala, quarter ounce $5 Hapaha Dala, for a total of 18 Dalas. My apologies for this late announcement that was scheduled for the month of May. The Warrior die proved to be very very difficult and simply took much longer that expected. Work has began on the $5 Discoverers Dala and we hope to have that out within the next 30 days. Mahalo for your kokua in support of Hawaii.
