Announcing the 2007 $20 Hawaii King Dala featuring King Kalakaua is now available. The obverse features King Kalakaua who was known as the Merry Monarch, issued the only Hawaiian coinage in 1883, built Iolani Palace and was the last King of Hawaii. The $20 reverse features the Hawaiian Crest and Crown. The $20 King Dala contains one full ounce of .999 fine silver beautifully minted in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and measures 39 mm in diameter with a reeded edge.

First Day of Issue for the $20 King Hawaii Dala is available with a hand stamped Hallmark of the Hawaiian Islands. The hallmark on the $20 is approximately one eighth of an inch, which is larger than the hallmark used on the $10 and $5 Dalas - the world’s smallest map of Hawaii.
